Complete Home Inspection
From the roof to the foundation, we will inspect all visible, safely accessible major systems and components of your home, including attic and
crawl spaces, interior and exterior, plumbing,
electrical, heating and cooling systems, and
everything in between.
Radon Testing
Not many people know about or understand radon and the danger it can pose. The most common cause of lung cancer behind smoking, this colorless, odorless, radioactive gas can enter a home through cracks and openings in the foundation from the soil below. We can test for it, and find it if it's there.
Wood-Destroying Insect
Wood-destroying insects, despite their small size, can be one of the biggest threats to your home, deck, or porch. We know what to look for, and we'll inspect for these dangerous pests and provide extermination info in the event that they are found.
Pre-Listing Inspections
Take advantage of our Pre-Listing Inspection before placing your home on the market. Avoid a long or contentious re-negotiation period, make yourself aware of and address pre-existing conditions, or price your home appropriately from the outset.
